RALSTON, NE – Just days before training camp begins, the Omaha Beef continued to solidify their roster, as they added two additional impact players to their 2019 roster.

Elmore has been one of the most dominating wide receivers the past few seasons in the Champions Indoor Football league, most recently playing with the 2018 CIF Champion Duke City Gladiators. “Jared is the type of player that can take over and completely dominate a game, even when opposing teams make it a point of emphasis to try and stop him,” Omaha Beef Head Coach James Kerwin stated.  “With the other complimentary players on the roster, opposing teams were going to have issues to begin with keeping us from scoring.  Adding someone with his experience to our roster is going to make everyone around him that much better.  Elmore was a huge addition to our roster and one of the biggest 2019 signings for the Omaha Beef”.

The former University of Louisville graduate and undrafted Tampa Bay Buccaneer, will be difficult to miss on the football field measuring 6’7” and 300lbs. “Being a former quarterback myself, it was always nice to have a physically imposing and dominating offensive line,” Omaha Beef Offensive Coordinator Chuck Wright said.  “Kelby gives us a player that can completely shut down the man across from him while also shedding defensive lineman and then taking on additional blockers downfield. Being a former Division I college player, while also being on an NFL training camp roster, is the type of players that we want to bring to Omaha. We will definitely have the Beef on our offensive line for 2019”.
